Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

In Massachusetts---As part of a divorce agreement--my name was removed from the deed on our house when my son turned 18. However the mortgage is in my name--$1,400 paid by me every month. Former husband pays the taxes. He has informed me on many occasions that I need to get out of HIS house--in a foul manner. Do I have any rights / options. I can't "get out" when I am obligated to pay for this place + a new place to live.

You need to contact your divorce attorney and review the Separation Agreement with respect to your obligations and rights. If you son is a full time student you may have the right to remain in the home.

If you do not have a divorce attorney you need to contact an attorney ASAP.

There is something odd about this, and the separation agreement has to be re viewed.

I agree with the previous two answers that you need to have the agreement read and analyzed in its entirety. You may need to go back into court for a modification.
