Master Deed amendments
If an amendment to a master deed that changes the boundaries of a unit was duly recorded
at the registry of deeds 10 years ago. Can it be
changed without the new owners consent? Or without
compensating the owner?

Hi, Good question. It's hard to change a master deed as it should be. Check the "condo documents" about the process for amending the master deed. Changing the proportionate share of people's interest is even harder. I can't really address that part of your question that refers to the "new owner". All legal claims have time deadlines. Take a look at the condo documents and call a lawyer.
