Morgage Help.
Is it possible for a mortgage company to grant you a loan knowing you can't afford it, and not explaining the consequences on the term of a three option arm loan.

Mortgage companies that do not disclose the terms of the loan violate the Truth in lending laws, and in more egregious case, violate the federal lending guidelines by "qualifying" persons for loans they cannot afford.
