Mortgage Company not paying property taxes on time

What can I do about a mortgage company who had upped my fixed mortgage payments and sent in my property tax bill late and now refuses to pay the late fees? They have promised over and over to pay the fee and now my name has been put in the local newspaper for nonpayment and I now have a forclosure date because of this. I have talked to several different people at this company and they all said they would pay it right away but never did.....this has been going on for months now and i'm stressed to the limit because of this.

That's an unbelievable story. Have they STILL not paid the taxes? Did they collect ALL of the taxes into an escrow account from you already? What are they saying?

Perhaps I or some other attorney should call them for you, if not bring suit against them.
