I have a property in SC that is in foreclosure. Can the bank put a lein on my property in massachusetts? Thank you so much

If the bank cannot recoup the balance they claim due on the NC property at a foreclosure auction sale and they obtain a deficiency judgment against you there for the difference, they could levy that judgment against real estate you own elsewhere.
Therefore, you should retain counsel to protect your interest regarding the property in foreclosure. Good Luck!
