neighbor destroyed fence regraded ddriveway

neighbor regraded driveway and my fence posts were exposed and fence fell down. Also, the granite barrior that was installed by neighbor is lower than my property line. My property was not properly reinforced. I want to be reimbursed for the damage to fence and to install new reinforcement.
