My neighrbors tree fell in my yard and damaged my fence and took down a tree. Who pays for the cleanup and the damage?

It depends on why the tree fell. If it fell as a result of negligence, then your neighbor is proably responsible. If it fell due to an ct of nature such as Hurricane Irene, then he is probably not responsible. Try filing a claim against your neighbor's insurance company.
