Notice of event

My home was foreclosured and now the bank is beginning eviction proceedings. I have moved but my Ex will not move and now has requested a Jury trial without my knowledge. She is the defendant.Do I have to attend this jury trial hearing.

If you have been served as a defendant or subpoenaed as a witness you must attend. If not, you may wish to attend with an attorney anyway to protect your rights. Good Luck!
