Re: obtaining interest in real property

Your problem is not necessarily legal. You have a family problem. Yes, you can go to court and evict the child. This won't solve your problems. A tenant (paying rent) has an interest in the real estate. It is a tenancy. It is an interest that is a rental interest and not what you would consider an ownership interest.
