Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
If I was the only passenger on a city bus. I found a leather coat, a diamond ring, and a bag with a expensive looking camera inside. Between me and the bus company who is entitled to these items. And could please explain it to me

If these were not your items, you are not entitled to keep them. You should turn them into the nearest police department and get a receipt. See Massachusetts General Laws chapter 134, sections 1 and 3. If no one claims the property for 1 year, it will become yours legally.
