If you got a title V inspection when you purchased the home and it was falsified or inaccurate, you may have a lawsuit against the inspector and the Seller.

In a Title V inspection the inspector must certify that all of the contents of his/her report are true. If the inspection is incorrect, you may have the right to recover damages from the inspector who prepared the report, or possibly against the seller in the event that the seller conveyed false information to the inspector which was then incorporated into the report. Please contact my office if you wish to discuss the matter further.
