Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I have a petition for partition. The judge ruled to appoint a commissioner and put the real estate on the market for sale. The commissioner and agent were all set up in advance. I have contacted my attorney to get the sign up for sale. Yet I have not had any return calls / emails. Can someone tell me why???

It is hard to say why your attorney won't return your calls. If you are not getting cooperation from your present attorney, you should find a new one.
