Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I have a piece of land in fall river in which I would like to turn into a reservation. What do I need to do to convert this property into a reservation. I went to the Registry of Deeds but could not find any forms that pertain to reservations.

Retain an attorney to assist you. There are no specific forms to turn a piece of property into a reservation. This must be done by restrictions in a deed. Good Luck!
