What can i do to become power of attorney for property i own with some. they no longer live or contribute finincially

A power of attorney can only be given voluntarily.

If you are trying to take control of the property, you can try to buy the other party out or file a petition to partition to force the sale of the property.

Without more information it is not really possible to give you any concrete advice.
