premartial assests in MA

As the sole owner of a home in MA , if I were to get married does that property become joint ownership if I kept and maintane the mortgage seperate from any joint account?

Attorney Weicker is correct. The property does not become jointly owned upon marriage, but it would be taken into account when determining the value of the 'marital estate' in the event of a marital dissolution.
