Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
Problem selling my house because of neighbors.
I am in the process of trying to sell my house. Every time a realtor brings a prospective buyer to the house the people next door will make a point to yell, scream, curse whatever they can do to deter the buyers to buy. This is from the parents and the children. Is there any legal recourse we may have. I am becoming stressfully ill over this matter and need some legal advise. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you for your immediate attention. --name removed--Jermain

Re: Problem selling my house because of neighbors.
Hi -
You know, I'm sorry to hear that "the people next door" are giving you such a bad time - selling your home is stressful enough without neighbors like this.
The answer to your question is - "YES" - there is something that can be done about it, legal action can be taken againt these troublesome neighbors. And I think you'll find that the Court will sympathize with your plight, and will deal harshly with these decidely UN-neighborly neighbors of yours.
