Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I am in the process of a short sale on my home. I have a realtor and an offer has just been made on my home. I was planning on hirig a lawyer to protect my best interest but a lawyer contacted me saying she represented me in this short sale and was working with my realtor. Does that make sense? Is this lawyer really looking out for my best interest or is she really looking out for the realtors best interest?

If you do not have a lawyer, then you can not rely on anybody else to have your best interests at heart. More importantly, if something goes wrong, you will be asked whether you had a lawyer, and why not?

The buyer will have a lawyer, and the bank will have a lawyer, and it is recommended that you do too. Please contact my office if you are interested in representation by an attorney for a simple, flat fee.
