property damage from storm
Two huge trees came down in the storm last night... The trees are on someone else's property. But one of them demolished my husband's boat and the other one totally wrecked the grape arbor he built last summer.. Is the owner of the trees responsible for the damage ?

Yes. his homeowner's insurance should cover the damage. If he refuses, contact your homeowners insurance company, have them pay for it, and then they will sue his insurance company for you.
