Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

property line

when i read te survey it says two sheds in rear not shown completely off lot were originaly shown on LC plan which are not part of locus however in the field they look like they belong to us dueto the open rear yard. how should i take this as the two sheds belong to me or other party is there anything i coul do please?
