Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Property line

I own a square shaped lotthe back and front show the same length on my city map (124ft). Howevert we just had an estimate for a brick wall in front and found out my neighbor ,s wall extends11ft into my property (front measures 113ft) i asked him about it and he became quite angry that i should question it

what do i or can i do to get this property back??? I have owened the house 14yrs.. He was there when i moved inthanks
