Re: purchasing land for business, in residential area?
Generally speaking, purchasing land is easy. If you find land you want to purchase, speak to an attorney for help. It is important to get an attorney involved at the very beginning, even before you make an offer to purchase, because it is possible to be committed to something you find out later that you don't want to do. Purchasing land is a big committment, so talk to an attorney before you do anything, especially if it's the first time. Good luck! David Baker
