I purchaused a piece of property in 1998. This property has been refinanced several times and this has never been an issue
I have buyers that can not find a title to lot 9.Title exzaminer is unable to find deed. IS ANYONE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SELLING ME THIS PROPERTY BESIDES ME?

Your lender should have obtained a title insurance policy. Get a copy and then hire an attorney to help you.
