Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

question on my attorney

I believe my attorney didnt not defend my case properly. He stated one thing at the beginning and than change is opinion. He also was rude to myself and my husband. Stating '' You people will never be happy'' he never returned are called and stated when ask why he said that I phone calls were not important and stupid. that he didnt have the time to answer our called even though the calls were in regards to our case and problem's arrising from it. Like neighbor blocking my own access to my land and blocking a handicap bus from getting down my property to get my brother, and lastly calling him to tell him that neighbor was stopping my niece from coming down my property?

Re: question on my attorney

After reading your question, I'm not even really sure what your complaint is.

Your attorney has a duty to communicate with you, and should not have ignored your phone calls. Regarding your complaint that your attorney changed his opinion, this is not improper or unusual. As your attorney learned more about your case and certain facts were revealed in discovery, it is very possible that the picture of your case changed dramatically.

That being said, I'm having a very difficult time understanding your question - it's all over the place. If you would like, try re-posting a more narrow question.
