Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I have question two propertis next to each other both created and under grandfather as to zoning can one sell a section to the other both are non comforming to 2 ac one would be more comforming to ft being 150 ft and not take away form there road ft one property 1.2 the over is less then ac who is buyer wanting 4458 sq ft

Unfortunately, with zoning laws, it really goes on a town-by-town basis. Whether or not the section sold would suddenly be subject to zoning regulations is up to the town. I would consult with a lawyer in your town.
