Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
I am on a quit claim deed with my mom and 2 brothers. It is a joint tenancy with survivorship rights. My mom and 2 brothers have died now but I just found out that one brother put his interest in his wife's name? Is this small piece of land not mine now? and no one was notified when he did it??

The deed that the brother gave his wife is valid. It destroyed the right of survivorship. You and the wife now own your respective shares as undivided co-tenants. No one needed to notify you. They only had to record the deed at the registry of deeds. You should consult an attorney to figure out who owns what.
