Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Quit Claim Deed

I sold one of my houses about four years ago, and after passing papers and signng over a quit claim deed, I have been contacted by the closing agent telling me the lot number was changed by the clerk at the couthouse indicating the home I didn't sell, and I've been asked to sign another quit claim deed and the buyer would sign a quit claim deed to reflect a sale to me for the property that was never sold. How can I resolve this problem which occurred after the paper work was signed by me with with the correct lot number on it? The property has been recorded with a penciled out lot number on it. The address is recorded correctly, but not the lot number. Thank You
