co-own house with x girlfriend.i live in house.she claimed chapter 7 bankruptcy.house in foreclosure.work with mortgage co with modification.need quit claim deed to sign new loan .she wont sign. what do i do or can do to get her off the deed?time of the essence.

Retain an attorney to determine if you also should file bankruptcy and/ or a petition to partition the property. Good Luck!
