Real Estate Foreclosure
I was high bidder on the property. several weeks later the previous landland went to court 3 times to get the property back. they lost all three filings. then they went to another courtand filed for back rent. Is there any ref. in the law that would clear this up in my favor.

I assume you mean the landlord; who was the owner.
It is the Seller's obligation to give you clear title save for prior lienholders. I would be happy to go over what is actually happening to see if there is something we can do to help.
