Do I as a homeowner have a right to copies of cancelled checks for payments from the escrow account to pay property taxes?

I can't understand your question. Copies from WHO, accounting for whose money held in escrow, and more importantly, why wouldn't the town records showing that the debt was paid be sufficient? If you are talking about a closing, then your attorney can provide you with whatever documents you need that are in his or her possession. If you are asking about items in the possession of the BANK or its attorney, you should take this up with them.
