Can you sign a deed to a house over to your brother, while you are married?

I would need to know more about the ownership of the house before being able to make an assessment.

In other words, who currently owns the house? You? You and your wife as tenants in common, joint tenants, or tenants by the entirety?

I'm also curious what you are hoping to accomplish by this transfer, as there may be other alternatives.
