Real Estate Transaction
A property next to my business is being soldwithout my knowledge. I want to buy this property but have not been given the chance. I also own a house that abuts the sold property, which may have environmental issues. Is there any way I can stop the sale?

There are legal ways to delay the sale. You need to discuss this with a lawyer. You should probably contact the owner right away to express your interest if the owner doesn't know of it, just in case the deal isn't final yet, but you should also discuss this with your attorney first.
