Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
Realtor's Contract
We signed a contract with a Realtor to sell our house on July 5, 2006. Within 10 days, the Realtor wanted us to reduce the price. Is there anyway to break this agreement and end this relationship? We are not satisfied at all with the approach and feel we were reeled in by signing at a price we agree to. Are we stuck with this unpleasant situation for the next 6 months? We have been taken advantage of!

Re: Realtor's Contract
If you are dissatsified, you can ask the realtor to end the contract by agreement, an speak to their supervisor, you may find wording in the agreement about terminating the contract, or you can have the contract reviewed by an attorney for its termination. You can contact me if you have any questions.
