Reg property DEEDS , background inf to employer
Hi, Iam married to an NRI on FEb 2002. From then lived with him till July 2005. Wer have son born in USA.We bought home in MA, USA on Aug 2003. Now he has filed for divorcee in Indian Court. He is planning to sell property. Tiltle in his name. I haven't contributed financially, but took care of everything abt the house from the we started to build one. i learned i have to file Quitclaim deed. i am a homemaker with no penny left for me and my son.I can't file a suit in US.I live in India from 2005 onwards along with my son . What should i do to stop or to calim Martial property.He is living with another women and he has quit job to move to another location by selling this.Criminal proceedings pending in the indian court of law.What to do reg deed and send a inf reg his criminal act to his future employer. He is using my and my son's SSN for tax return.

If he has already sold the house, what can be done to prevent sale??

File a case of maintenance in India and attach his property. You can also file criminal case of bigamy but you have to prove that he is living with other woman.

File a case of maintenance in India and attach his property. You can also file criminal case of bigamy but you have to prove that he is living with other woman.

report the matter to US authorites, i have listened that in US, husband has to Pay sufficient to wife. u say k you are livivng in india, here you can file number of cases against your husband and his family members to teach him a lesson.

Depending upon details, you may be entitled to a share in the matrimonial property being a 'home maker'.
You may inform the authorities about misuse of SSN by him AND may also damages / support under D.V.A.
