Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I have a registered LLC in another state. Can I buy property in the name of the LLC in Massachusetts with registering the LLC. The LLC is not a real estate company.

Theoretically, you can register the LLC to do business in Massachusetts and then purchase property here in the name of the LLC.

You do not have to register the LLC to buy the property. However, if you go to sell it or if you want the LLC to lease the property it will have to register in MA. Moreover, your lender may require you to register the LLC in order to take a loan on the property.
