Is there any way to get out of a rental lease if an abusive boyfriend signed himself and his section 8 to the lease and is now trying to use the lease to screw me by moving in somewhere else, taking his section 8, and leaving me with a $900/mo rental bill if I don't move in with him and stay with him since legally I'll be on the hook since he lives on SSI and therefore has no income for the landlord to sue for?
