I'm not sure what you mean when you say the property was "dissolved".

In general, your contractual rights and obligations transfer to the new owner. That means the new landlord inherits any problems with the tenancy, any obligations with respect to a last-month's rent or security deposit, and also any rights that the former landlord had.

That being said, if you owe the previous landlord money for rent, my guess is that s/he would only be able to sue you for the unpaid rent, and not be entitled to eviction or possession.

The new owner is not entitled to unpaid back rent unless it was assigned to him by the previous landlord.

The old landlord cannot evict you since they do not own the property. The old landlord can sue you for debt.

The new landlord is entitled to November rent and rent going forward to the end of the existing rent.
