Can I request Small Claims equitable relief from neighbor interfering with right

Can I, in Massachusetts, request equitable relief in small claims court from a neighbor obstructing my registered land right of way? Also, can small claims court provide a restraining order preventing my neighbor from interfering with that use?

Small claims court lacks equitable jurisdiction. You can't get a restraining order in that court.
