who is responsible for my roof, we bought the house in 2006 and move in in 2007 we were told by the insurance company after living here for 8 months we had to replace the shingles on the roof or they would not insure are house so i took a 5 thousand dollar loan and had a company come redo the shingles well he took out the middle suport beam and now after a bad winter the boards are coming apart and wont be long before the roof caves, i cant affort another loan or to pay to have my roof redone, its under 30 year warrenty but after this mess i dont want him near my house what do i do?

If it is under warrenty,using the warrenty is probably your best option.
