restraining order
The house I currently reside in is owned (title/deed) soley by my father. Is it possible to obtain a restraining order on my mother, to keep her out of the house, away from me? Thank you.

Re: restraining order
If you meet the criteria for a restraining order, you may obtain a restraining order regardless of who owns the property.
