Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
I would like to get rid of a timeshare but there isn't any market for it. Is there a legal way to do so. I am not interested in selling it.

In most instances, there is a way to relinquish ownership of the timeshare back to the timeshare company. Whatever you do, you want to make sure that your loan is forgiven or reported as paid in full. Call your timeshare company and inquire as to options.
