Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I have a roommate situation. I currently share(rent) a 3 bedroom apartment with two others. We all pay equal rent. I want the master bedroom, but my roommate won't let me have it for the summer even though she's not going to be there. Can I legally move her stuff into the other room. Is there legal action she can take against me if I do so? Anything else I can do?

None of you have more or less rights than the other.

Since you are co-equal, there may be an action, but I am not sure she will prevail.
