Sample Form on Website is for STATE OF TEXAS !! THIS does not inspire confidence.

Do something to make me more confident in your legal competence.

This question makes no sense.

If you are in Cambridge, you do not want to be using a general warranty deed. I'm not sure what "sample" you are referring to, but it sounds like you need an actual laywer, not a do-it-yourself website.
