Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

i have been trying to sell my home for the past 18 mo. the house next door is a bank owned abandoned property. this property has been the reason several potential buyers have backed away from purchasing my home. this property is a mess. broken windows, overgrown yard ect. ect. i do not know the banks name. do i have any legal recourse? thank you, james mccafferty [email protected]
