In selling a mobile home is there a purchase and sales agreement for the purchase? Looking for security in buyer giving second deposit after the offer to purchase has been signed. Also how do you find out if there are any liens on the mobile home?

To check for liens you need to do a UCC check and if it includes a space you need to do a lien search on the lot or pad in the registry of deeds. I am sure there are form Purchase and Sale agreements you can find on-line.
