Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

We have a shared driveway. The driveway is on our property and the house next door has the right of way. The house was foreclosed and is now for sale. Does the real estate co. have the right to put up a sign at the bottom of our driveway?

Without reading the easement I cannot be certain, but assuming the easement is for driveway purposes only, then no they do not.

Simply mail them a letter certified mail, stating the sign is on your land and the easement to the house next door is for driveway purposes only and ask that they move it within one week of mailing of the letter.
