Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

We signed a lease and gave deposit with first and last months rent and now the realtor does not want to rent it to us 2 days later. What can we do? We are going back to school in Boston next week!

This probably depends on the terms of the lease you signed. I would want to review the lease terms to guide you more specifically. Did the realtor/landlord say why they no longer want to rent the unit to you?
