Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
Can I sue a Town and Building Inspector/Zoning Board Secretary for neglecting (for almost 6 months) to tell me of a requirement to appear before the ZBA prior to pouring a new foundation? This delay costs me an additional $10K in rental expense while waiting for the foundation to be poured to replace my fire-ravaged home.
