The best (and only) way to evict your tenants is to send them a proper notice to quit terminating their tenancy. When and if they do not leave the property, you will have to file a summary process (eviction) complaint in court. You would be well-advised to hire an attorney for this process, and I would be happy to speak with you if you are interested.
