Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Tenant Privacy - landlord's posted apartment images on the web

Our landlord is selling his house through a real estate agency the webiste is:trulia dot com/property/1046233066-65-67-Starbird-Ave-Boston-MA-02131

we just found out there are pictures of our bedroom and living room area posted on this website. Is there anything we can do as this is leaving us feeling very violated. We did not sign any agreement to post these pictures. Do we have any legal recourse?
