tenants and landlord
We have a 1 year lease that ends on 1 of may!We were supposed to tell our landlord about moving out on 31 of march but we did it yesterday!now she whants us to pay extra or find tenants by ourselfes!

I cannot provide you with an accurate answer without looking at the written lease agreement. Without a lease agreement, you only need to provide the greater of one rental period or 30 days notice. You should do so in writing.
You may want to hire an attorney to protect your interests in this matter.
